All items that are sold within the UK will be sent securely, tracked and signed for with Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day and insured to the appropriate value up to £2500.
Items sent overseas will incur a £30 (GBP) shipping fee, items are sent with either Royal Mail Tracked or International Signed For, insured to a value of up to £250 (GBP). If the value of the item is over £500 (GBP) then it will be sent fully insured with either DHL, UPS or Fedex at a cost of £70 (GBP).
If you are buying from outside of Europe, you may be charged Import Duty by Customs in your country - we are not responsible for these import charges.
We understand the importance of choosing the right watch, so if you change your mind, we will accept returns up to 7 days after your purchase date, however we ask that the item be returned to us in the same way and in the exact same condition as it was sent.
If the item develops a mechanical fault during the first month from the date of purchase, we will undertake any repairs and cover the costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund you for your postage.
Returns will also be accepted if the item is Significantly Not as Described or as pictured.
