A high quality Swiss watch is a sound investment. To ensure your time piece stays in good working order it is important that you give your watch the care that it needs and have your watch serviced approximately every 3-5 years in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation.

We offer expert servicing and repairs for your Swiss watch without the need to send it back to the manufacturer, from the small repairs such as replacing your battery, your worn strap or your scratched or cracked glass/crystal, to a full overhaul of your Swiss chronograph. An overhaul (service) includes a complete strip down of the movement, 4 stage cleaning of all parts, replacement of parts where necessary, oiling of parts and reassembly. The movement is then regulated and tested for timekeeping over a 24 hour period.

We have our very own highly skilled Watch Repairer - A member of the British Guild of Watch and Clock Makers with over 40 years experience repairing and servicing watches. All work undertaken is carried out to the highest standard, using only the very best precision tools available.

Repairs and Servicing can take less than 3 weeks, however the movement may need a new part and so this can often delay the work by a further 2-3 weeks. We will contact you with a price before ordering any new parts.

All work undertaken is covered by a 6 month mechanical warranty.

Please contact with your requirements and we will be happy to help.
